Due to the handcrafted nature of these products, I do not provide refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please send me an email and I will work on getting it resolved ASAP. Great customer service is my number one goal!

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • Cash Offline Payments with local pick-up. 

SHIPPING

  • I strive to have items ready to ship in 2-3 business days.

  • I am not responsible for shipping damage. Please contact USPS to file a complaint if your items are damaged during shipping.
